The Governing Documents of a Condominium are the instruments used to Manage and operate the condominium. First, there is the Declaration or Master Deed. This documents establishes the property as a condominium and lays out the elements of the condominium. Secondly, there is the By-Laws of the condominium. This document complements the Declaration with more broad and descriptive definitions of the Management and operation of the property. Finally, there are the Rules and Regulations, adopted by the Board of Directors to ensure harmony throughout the community.
