Smoke detectors are wired in with a battery back up. The cost of a new unit is $23.00. The cost of a battery is $5.75 unless unit owner supplies battery (typically a 9volt battery)

Replacement of unit thermostat is billed at one hour and the cost of the new thermostat is $79.93.

WHITEHALL CONDOMINIUM

The Board of Directors in the best interest of the Association and the individual unit owner, offers this program whereby a Unit Owner may make use of the Association Staff to facilitate repairs within a unit. The cost of all parts and labor are at the expense of the individual unit owner. The current labor rate is forty dollars ($40.00) per hour. A minimum of twenty dollars will be charged on all calls. After hours emergency calls are billed at sixty dollars ($60.00) an hour and lock out charges are thirty five dollars ($35.00) per request. Below are some of the typically asked services.
