The monthly assessment of each unit is placed in an operating checking account that allows Management to pay the monthly bills for the upkeep of the property. Additionally, a portion of the assessment is placed in a reserve account for future replacements such as; roofs, pool, boilers, chillers and all other components of the Whitehall.
This process is managed by the General Manger with direction from the Board of Directors. CFM Management Service currently provides payroll services and also prints all checks issued to all contractors and service providers. Whitehall also has an independent audit performed every year by DeLeon & Stang, certified public accountants.
